TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. PAYMENT METHODS

For commisions and services, two payments are required. Half to close the order and booking an execution date, and the rest as a prerequisite for delivery or service. For order original artwork already done, a installment payment plan could be negotiated, but the piece will not be sent until the total amount is payed.

I accept payment by Paypal/bank transfer only as such no credit card information is stored on this website.

II. SHIPPING.

I have a flat shipping rate regardless of what services you hired or how many items you order.

When shipped, you can choose either shipping as tracked insured or tracked and uninsured. Untracked shipping is not allowed for original artworks or limited editions.

For items already finished and/or in stock, I ship within one week max. from order. Most of the times within two-three business days. For articles which are done/printed on demand it could take 10 days business day to ship since it was completed. This is due to the need for custom packaging.

III. RETURNS AND FAULTY ITEMS.

When I pack my original artworks, figures and/or canvas and/or illustrations, I check them to see if all is ok and the finishing has no faults. In the unlikely event I might have missed something, you are encouraged to write me a message and tell me what problem you are experiencing.

If item is damaged in post, I will offer you replacement for limited editions and full refund for original (one of a kind) artwork, as long as you chose tracked and insured shipping.

If item is sent uninsured, I am unable to replace a box or hard envelop or hard tube with a dent in it or a bent corner or similar damage, but do drop me a line either way as I would like to hear from you what happened and see if we can do something to rectify this for future shipments.
